1. JLF Aesthetics is a professional aesthetic practice providing non-surgical cosmetic treatments including (but not limited to):

• Anti-wrinkle injections
• Fillers
• Microneedling
• Vitamin B12 injections

Anti-wrinkle treatments provided by JLF Aesthetics involve the use of Botulinum Toxin Type A, which is a prescription-only medicine (POM) under UK law.

In accordance with UK regulations:

• Botulinum Toxin can only be prescribed following a face-to-face consultation (in-person or live video consultation where appropriate) with a qualified and registered prescriber.
• A valid prescription must be issued before treatment can take place.
• The prescribing clinician must be satisfied that treatment is clinically appropriate and safe.

JLF Aesthetics operates in full compliance with:

• The Human Medicines Regulation 2012
• General Medicine Council (GMC), Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), or General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC guidance (as applicable to the prescriber).

Please note:

• Treatment will not be carried out without a valid prescription.
• Prescriptions are issued on an individual basis and are not transferable.
• The decision to prescribe rests solely with the independent prescriber.
• A separate consultation fee may apply where required.

By booking anti-wrinkle treatment, you acknowledge and accept this process.

All treatments are carried out by a qualified practitioner with a degree in Biochemistry, certified aesthetics training and fully insured.

2. Medical Disclaimer

All aesthetic treatments are medical procedures and require a full consultation prior to treatment.

• Results may vary from person to person.
• No guarantees are given regarding specific results.

Suitability for treatment is determined at consultation.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or in the client's best interest.

By Booking an appointment, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 or over.
• You provide accurate and complete medical history.
• You understand the risks and benefits discussed during consultation.

3. Consultations

• A consultation must be completed before treatment.
• A cooling-off period may apply where legally required.
• Treatment will only proceed once informed consent has been obtained.

4.Bookings & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are redeemable against your treatment cost.
• Appointments are not confirmed until deposit has been received.

5. Cancellation & Late Policy

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

• Less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit.
• Failure to attend (no-show) will result in full loss of deposit.
• Arriving 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation.

We understand that emergencies happen and will use discretion where appropriate.

6. Payments

• Full payment is due on the day of treatment.
• We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, or PayPal.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated.

7.Results & Aftercare

• Aftercare instructions must be followed carefully.
• Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results.
• Review appointments must be attended within the advised timeframe.

Touch-ups are only provided where clinically appropriate.

8. Complications & Adverse Reactions

While treatments are carried out to the highest professional standards, all procedures carry risk.

If you experience any adverse reactions:

• Contact us immediately.
• Follow the emergency contact instructions provided at your appointment.

Additional treatments required due to failure to follow aftercare advice may be changeable.

9. Website use

All content on this website (including logos, branding, text, and images) is the property of JLF Aesthetics.

• Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. Privacy and Data protection

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website.
